Rita is our Junior Recruitment Assistant based in Estonia. Her main duty is to help our Management with Au Pair, Nanny and Mothers helper placements.
Rita is undergoing training on Recruitment and from September 2009 she will be moving to East Anglia and will be starting the locan Au Pair and Nanny Desk.

Fiona is our Interviewer working in Twickenham. Fiona has very organised and professional approuch when Interviewing and Screening Nannies, Mothers help and Au Pairs. She has developed the standards we are proud of.

Consultants and Management

Piret is our Managing director and heart and soul of Richmond Nanny Agency.
Piret has always been fascinated with childcare and development. Between 2000 and 2002 Piret was studying in Helsinki University Social Psychology and Education studies - researching bullying and social hierarchy between children.
She thinks that the best Nannies have an ability to understand beyond daily routines. Best Nannies offer the companionship and guidance and will work hard toward child development.
Piret is responsible for advertising and manages the contacts with our outside partners like Nannytax.
At this stage Piret is using her free time towards studying a degree in Economics and Law.

Owen is our Consultant dealing with direct request from Families. Owen will act as Piret's substitute between March 2008 - March 2010.
Owen is working also as Childminder Manager and has many years experience within Childcare and Recruitment.
